Question: Based on your recent post on instagram about the end of the line compensatory sequence for a wide ISA, how would you begin to intervene with an individual who has the posterior compression in the upper posterior pelvis as well as the concentric orientation of lower glute max?

I show you several ways to create expansion in the posterior aspect of the pelvis to promote increases in hip internal rotation that may benefit those with a wide infrasternal angle.
