This Week’s Q&A For The 16% – Surprise Announcement

September 22, 2019 By Bill Leave a Comment

This week’s questions from Instagram (@billhartmanpt):

• What’s your opinion/ ideas on training spinal extension.? When do you and how do you?

• What’s something you believe but can’t prove?

• I noticed that a lot of people who sit for a living have a hard time expanding their thorax. What are some good upper body exercises to build muscle while improving their ability to expand?

• What’s a good reference and or book to study fluid dynamics or embryology.

• Thoughts on the influence of electrons and voltage on cellular processes, cellular regeneration, and healing?

• You’ve reference being “concentrically-oriented” or “eccentrically-oriented.” Curious where/how I can read up on this idea and give it context.

• Have noise pollution & daily attention demands outgrown our ability to cope?

• Are we inherently built to be posteriorly tilted?

• What is your opinion on stretching?

• Can you explain your logo, please?

You have to earn your way into the 16%. To do so, we must think differently. Fitness training is young and indecisive. Rehab is stagnating. Strength & Conditioning is being stifled by tradition and confusion. It's time to do the work necessary to improve or join the average.
