Question: I want to say I love your content and am so appreciative of what you’re doing to advance the field. I am wondering what Dorsal Rostral Expansion should feel like. I think I know how to do it, and I believe I can see it during certain exercises. Although I am not sure how it should feel. Any explanation would be so helpful!

I show you two ways to target and feel expansion with inhalation into the upper back (dorsal-rostral thorax) to promote improved shoulder external rotation.
