From Mark:
Bill LOVE the content really good. My question refers to exercise modality and your opinion regarding eccentric/inertial training machines.
I have look at these many times in the past, I was wondering your thought if these may possibly be a superior training modality as it applies to the model you use? As multiple planes of movement can be done safely while progressing concentric, eccentric and eccentric overload as it applies to helping with movement restrictions and athletic performance. If not what place would it have and is there another exercise modality you prefer?
Let’s grab some @neurcoffee and dig into today’s Q&A. It looks like a simple question, but we’ll go into a little depth in the solution where we look at a number of possible activities that may provide the change we seek.
From Mihail: Hey Bill! Could you please explain how to improve hip aBduction for a wide ISA with very tight aDductors. Thank you.
