The many who are always looking for a better way, who aren’t satisfied with the status quo, and who want to push the fitness, performance, and rehab industries forward have asked me for a resource where they can learn more about The Unified Health & Performance Continuum Model.
I have evolved, tested, and taught this model for the last 8 years, but it took over 30 years of work to get here.
The only way to get the undiluted, accurate, coherent, and up-to-date version of my Unified Model has been through direct contact with me via direct mentorship and The Intensive.
It’s now time to expand the network of professionals who are looking for something to help them become the best practitioners they can be.
This network may not be for you, If:
- You’re satisfied with your meaningful work
- You’re satisfied with your understanding of movement, rehab, and training
- You never get frustrated with your client results and outcomes
- You’re not ready to challenge your current line of thinking

This network may be for you, If:
- You want to improve your ability to filter information effectively and improve your decision-making
- You have a broad toolbox of skills and want a stronger framework to direct your process
- You want to refine the why, how, and what regarding exercise selection
- You want to challenge the limited perspective of traditional approaches
- You want to associate with like-minded, international group of professionals
Here is the new and only place to get it all straight from the source.
What The Pros Say…
With over 20-years of experience in the training and rehabilitation industry, I was left with so many unanswered questions. Learning Bill’s model and attending The Intensive has provided me answers to those questions while continuing to expand my thinking. His mentorship has challenged me to improve my clinical reasoning, identify treatment/training priorities, rationalize my sequencing, and to define and defend my process. Acquiring these skills and applying his model to the athletes I work with, has immensely improved my treatment outcomes and my passion for learning about methods to optimize and enhance human movement.

“If you are a practitioner in the sports performance realm and you are not learning Bill Hartman’s model, you are doing yourself and your athletes a massive disservice. It is not just the utility of Bill’s model that will help you as a practitioner but also his unparalleled ability to teach and mentor. He can distill the most complex of concepts into something that is digestible for practitioners of all levels of experience. The principles of Bill’s model are universal and provide you the ability to understand movements in all sporting realms. With the development of a true lens to analyze human movement, personally, my ability to communicate with technical coaches has improved drastically. Whether it be going to the intensive or being a mentee of Bill’s, I can’t recommend this investment of your time enough!”

I don’t want to over exaggerate but The Intensive with Bill Hartman, changed my life! The model he presented has helped me immensely in all aspects of my field as an Athletic Trainer. I will say it was a lot to take in and to deal with but having access to the continued group meetings was extremely helpful. Bill has helped me better understand why injuries, which has allowed me to keep my athletes from being injured while still improving performance. I have been able to better deal with any pain an athlete has and improved my rehabilitation outcomes. Overall I have been able to help people better. Bill’s mentorship has helped me better understand and utilize other “systems” to know when to implement certain exercises and why certain ones do not work. If you have a chance I highly recommend reaching out to Bill as a mentor or going to the intensive, it is a real gamechanger.

Allow me to be direct: working with Bill has expedited my ability to get results for my clients.
I’ve spent time, energy, and money on nearly every commercially available movement model. All of them fell short somewhere and I felt gaps in my understanding. Bill’s mentorship allowed me to fill these gaps by understanding overarching principles. I have confidence and an understanding of how to make better and faster training-related decisions for my athletes. I can blend my skill set with these principles to choose exercises I feel most comfortable coaching. My clients love feeling great and I prefer small modifications in execution over boring breathing drills. Bill’s superpower is helping practitioners synthesize their knowledge with an overarching model that creates cohesion and understanding. I highly recommend it for professionals who aspire to be at the top of their field.

“Making the 15 hr drive to Indianapolis to learn from Bill Hartman for 12 weeks is the smartest professional decision I ever made. Clinical affiliation is an understatement; it was an educational utopia. I am reminded on a daily basis that it is an investment that will always pay dividends and I am forever indebted to Bill for fostering my learning and professional growth. I received an unfair advantage in having the opportunity to “pillage” his mind for 3 months. Frankly, he is a walking encyclopedia on all things physiology. Bill has a passion for understanding the human body and an unwavering desire to refine his craft. If you want to improve your knowledge base and skill set as a clinician or coach from someone “in the trenches,” you have come to the right place. You can assure what you’re reading is honest, valuable information from a perspective respectful of scientific rigor, sound physiology, and validated clinical application. He has an uncanny ability to consolidate information from all facets of human performance to produce a unified and holistic methodology. He marries performance and rehab information seamlessly so you can apply the right principles at the right time to anyone in your care. Do yourself a favor; listen to what he has to say, learn it, practice it, master it, and delve deeper. I promise, you will not be let down.”

As a former collegiate football player-turned-powerlifter-turned-Clydesdale sprinter, an argument could be made that I’m a Glutton for Punishment.
Such a moniker has resulted in my body being an amalgam of asymmetries; each one proving to be a more difficult—and painful—puzzle to solve than the previous. That’s where Batman, I mean Bill Hartman, came to the rescue on more than one occasion—just like the Dark Knight. Bill has not only pulled me out of the depths of despair, whether it be something as severe as repairing tendinosis in an Achilles or something as trivial as restoring hip internal rotation; he’s also helped me do incredible things. Such as running a 4.44 in the forty-yard dash or 56.44 in the 400m—as a 235 lb, 32-year old. More than that, Bill has given me the hope and confidence that I can keep going, keep doing incredible things, and above all else—have fun even being a Glutton for Punishment.

“Bill Hartman has been integral in helping me recover from injuries sustained from multiple car wrecks over the last several years. Bill has also taught me how to breathe properly, and taught me how to brace properly when lifting through circumferential expansion. This has not only been helpful to me as I return to heavy lifting, but it’s helped me keep my clients safe while getting them extremely strong. I am very lucky to have Bill as a resource and friend.”

From RECON… The first structurally individualized online training program from Bill Hartman and Chris Wicus
Hi all, I really have to say this program is simply amazing. After only 2 weeks, I got rid of my bunions, my legs, hips and thorax have completely changed shape and my shoulders have moved back up on top of my thorax. I can also literally see that my skull looks different and I feel much better. I have done too much strength training in the past, but this program is really helping me get back on track.
