Learn Through the UHPC Model

The model that teaches practitioners How to Think

Created by Bill Hartman

What is the UHPC Model?

Unified Health & Performance Continuum Model

The UHPC Model provides a comprehensive framework for understanding how human movement and performance emerge from the interaction of structure, breathing and pressure management, energy transfer, and environmental and task constraints.

Rather than offering fixed techniques, the model provides practitioners with a structured reasoning process that allows them to interpret behavior and apply interventions within real-world complexity.

Today the UHPC Model forms the foundation for Bill’s educational work, the UHP Network mentorship community, and the UHPC certification curriculum, which together allow practitioners around the world to study and apply the model directly from the source.
