From Mark:
Bill LOVE the content really good. My question refers to exercise modality and your opinion regarding eccentric/inertial training machines.
I have look at these many times in the past, I was wondering your thought if these may possibly be a superior training modality as it applies to the model you use? As multiple planes of movement can be done safely while progressing concentric, eccentric and eccentric overload as it applies to helping with movement restrictions and athletic performance. If not what place would it have and is there another exercise modality you prefer?

You have to earn your way into the 16%. To do so, we must think differently. Fitness training is young and indecisive. Rehab is stagnating. Strength & Conditioning is being stifled by tradition and confusion. It's time to do the work necessary to improve or join the average.
