While I’m at home laid up after recent hip surgery, I’m taking the time to catch up on some continuing education.
On my short list is John Iams’ Primal Reflexive Release Technique which I’ve known about for some time but just never had the time to sit down and really dig into it.
Next on the list the Postural Restoration Institute’s Postural Respiration course. We’ve applied a few techniques from PRI with great success at IFAST, so I’m looking forward to this course to see if we can apply more of their techniques to our clients.
My buddy Rick Kaselj recently upgraded Muscle Imbalance Revealed to include some killer bonuses including 50 corrective lower body exercises and a great look at the barefoot running phenomenon among several others. Rick took a lot of feedback from the original MIR and recreated much improved product. I’m going through all the new stuff today, and I’m proud to be a part of such an incredible resource.
